One marker, two different coins

The placeholder is not a contract with a supply you can read. On the Ethereum side it points at the native ETH balance. On the C-Chain side it points at native AVAX. Sending ETH does not unwrap anything, and receiving AVAX does not give you WETH. If you hold only WETH, this page will not take it. If you wanted USDT or USDC, pick that payout instead of AVAX.

C-Chain gas arrives as the asset

Because the payout is AVAX itself, the coins you receive can pay later C-Chain fees, once they are in the wallet. Wrong tool when you need a dollar token

Can I undo the swap if AVAX drops while I wait?

No. Once you sign and the Ethereum transaction confirms, this site cannot pull the ETH back. Price is not locked. Read the minimum AVAX on the quote and sign only if that floor is still acceptable. If the quote expires, request another one rather than trusting the old figure.
